Foods for Better Sex
So you want to eat healthier without harming your sex drive? We’ve got answers for you brothers. Often men become embarrassed when they have difficulty producing and maintaining an erection, or when they ejaculate too early. While a regular exercise routine is beneficial for increasing sexual stamina, a healthy diet inclusive of blueberries, peanuts, garlic, bananas and even dark chocolate can give you the boost in sexual stamina that you seek.
SEE WHY BELOW…..
Blueberries
Blueberries are considered a “super sexual” food for men because they function a bit like Viagra, according to some experts. Blueberries are packed with compounds that help relax the blood vessels and improve circulation within the body. Eat as many as you want, great source of antioxidants.
Peanuts
Peanuts are a rich natural source of the amino acid, L-arginine, which is essential for increasing sexual stamina in men. L-arginine relaxes the blood vessels in the penis causing more blood flow to the groin region, and increasing sexual stamina during sex.
Garlic
Garlic contains allicin, a compound that is thought to increase blood flow to the sexual organs. Increased blood flow to the penis causes it to stay erect longer, thereby increasing sexual stamina during sex. Think natural garlic, not garlic powder or salt.
Bananas
Bananas can increase sexual stamina by increasing the male’s energy level during sex. Bananas contain an enzyme called bromelain, which improves male potency, sexual stamina and increases libido. They are also a good source of B vitamins, which increase the body’s energy level during sexual activity.
Red Wine
A compound in red wine could increase levels of testosterone circulating in your body by inhibiting the way you excrete the hormone.

Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate contains the endurance boosters, phenylethylamine and alkaloid. Phenylethylamine is a chemical that promotes good feelings during sex, while alkaloid’s caffeine effect increases energy, thereby improving sexual stamina. Sorry guys, milk chocolate has less of the same benefits.
So if you are making changes to your diet and exercise routine this year, consider increasing aerobic activity. Heart health, along with these simple ‘super foods’ above will not only get you noticed but a little action. Bon appetit.

Things Women Really Want
On Wedding Night

Now, let's be honest: The majority of married couples don't actually get around to enjoying intimacy on their wedding night. Guy’s, here's a handy little guide to what you’re wife-to-be really wants to get out of the evening.

Laughter
Undressing is sexy; slipping out of buxom bridal attire is not. It will be funny, and you should laugh long and hard about it. The same goes for all the other "bloopers" you're bound to experience that night.

Naughty Vows
You've already vowed to cherish and protect each other at all costs. Now it's time to make the juicier promises you fully intend to keep. You get where I'm going with this, right? Let's keep this space safe for work and let you fill in the blanks.

Background Music

This is the part where the movies got it right. Nothing sets the mood quite like a naughty playlist. (Insert her favorite slow jams here.)

Compliments
Every woman wants to be told they're the most beautiful bride in the world on the Big Day. If your betrothed doesn't want the same shameless flattery between the sheets on the big night, she's lying. Case closed.

Liquid Confidence

Nerves and weddings go hand-in-hand -- even when you've known each other forever. Bring your bubbly of choice to the bedroom and pour as you play.

Having All Her Senses Engaged

You've got the touching covered, but what about her other senses? Be sure the room is scented, styled, and soundproofed to perfection. And, don't forget the sweets.

Foreplay
Slow things down -- what's the rush? The rest of the day will already feel like a blur by the time you enter your suite, so the after party is your chance to take your time and make more lasting memories.

Romance (Obviously!)
If your wife-to-be actually walked across the threshold and there are no lit candles in sight and no flowers to be found, guys, you have already failed her -- try not to make it a habit when you get home.

Feeling Comfortable
No woman wants to wake up the morning after her wedding with weird bruises in unwanted places and zero recollection of how they got there. That's the complete opposite of romantic.

Passion
Skip the clichés and tell her what it really feels like to be laying next to the woman of your dreams on the most magical night of your life.

Tuxedos and suits have different functions

  Full Suit                                          Smart Tuxedo
A suit is more of a conservative affair and                A tuxedo is more for semi-formal evening   mostly worn at work during the day.                         Events and tend to be flamboyant affairs.

Wedding Style

Like most dress codes these days, the rules at weddings have gone slack. You have license to dress with more personal style than ever, as long as you really bring it. Here, MANAALAYA shows how to overhaul your tux look from the color to the collar, and how to wear a suit that'll have all the bridesmaids batting their eyes.

Moreover tuxedo shirts have a pleated front and can be worn with cuff links, studs and other similar accessories. The picture is complete with patent leather shoes.

Suits on the other hand are a relatively staid affair. The lapel will be of the same cloth as the rest of the suit, with no embellishments on either the jacket or pants. A plain - front shirt and regular shoes will complete the picture. Tuxedos usually come with one button, though that convention is now being broken, while a suit will have two or three buttons.

That apart, Tuxedos have pointed lapels as opposed to the notch labels of suits. Of course the most characteristic trait of a Tuxedo is its black color (sometimes white). A suit of course could be any color. Another important distinction is the fact that one usually always only wears a bow instead of a tie with a Tuxedo. That is not the case with a suit.

Cummerbunds or waist coats are de’riguer with a tuxedo, but the point is you do not wear a tuxedo without a reason. To explain in lay terms if one has a business meeting to attend, a business suit is the way to dress whereas if it is a dinner, or a college re-union one is going to a tuxedo will be called for. The point is that the two ensembles of clothing may be similar, but one will never be able to substitute for another. As some would say-perish the thought!

The types of accessories which go with a tuxedo are quite typical. For instance a formal shirt can be with or without pleats, but will never have a pocket at the front of the shirt. Cummerbunds, vests, pocket squares and bow-ties go with tuxedo, but never with a suit.

All in all both the suit and the tuxedo are garments which enhance a man’s visual persona, making him look flamboyant or elegant based on the demands of the occasion. The well groomed male would do well to note the above tips and make a knock out impression every time he steps out for a business presentation, or the ceremonial dinner.

                     Fix Stinky, Sweaty Feet
Foot odor is a very common complaint. It is also can be a very unpleasant and frustrating experience, since it bothers others as well.
WHAT CAUSES FOOT ODOR?
The medical term for foot odor is “bromhidrosis”. Foot odor is due to bacteria breeding in the moist and humid conditions provided by sweaty feet and socks. Did you know that the soles of your feet have almost a thousand sweat pores that shed about a half cup of perspiration every day? This sweat is made up mostly of water, fat, sodium chloride, minerals, and acids, which represent waste products of the body.
The accumulated sweat acts as an ideal breeding ground for bacteria, which break down the secretions. This process involves the release of odorous by-products that contribute to that familiar odor of sweaty feet.
HERE ARE A FEW SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE HOME REMEDIES.
REGULAR CLEANSING – Keeping your feet clean by cleansing and washing them is one of the most important steps toward avoiding and treating foot odor. Wash your feet with a mild antibacterial soap to remove the smell-producing bacteria. Rinse off the soap with warm water, rather than cold, since the heat opens the pores and cleanses the skin thoroughly.

Pamper your feet with a thorough warm water soak once or twice a week to prevent foot odor from developing. If your feet already have odor issues, you will need to follow the daily routine of washing and rinsing as previously outlined. However, don’t obsess about this! Too much washing can damage your skin still more.
USE KOSHER SALT – Kosher salt is an immensely effective natural sweat absorbent. If you have excessively sweaty feet, you could dissolve about half a cup of this salt in a quart of water and soak your feet in the solution for some time. Afterwards, dab your feet dry with a clean towel, without rinsing them. You will be astounded by the results.

Your feet will remain naturally dry because the salt has a drying effect on the skin. This way, you can control your perspiration naturally to a large extent without any side effects. However, if you plan to do this, you must first make sure that you do not have any open wounds, cuts, or skin inflammation on your feet, since the salt could corrode them, leading to more damage.

WEAR HEALTHY FABRIC – It is always best to wear socks made from light natural fabrics* like cotton and wool. These are both comfortable and breathable. However, you may prefer to choose from the array of other fabrics available, including rayon*, nylon*, and acrylic*. In that case, you should be careful to select those that suit the needs of your feet. Lighter materials are always better for sweaty feet, as they allow the free passage of air and thus keep your feet dry and clean.

AVOID TIGHT SOCKS because they can restrict circulation in your feet, making them cramp and sweat even more. Make it a practice to pick out fresh, clean socks every night for use the next day, while tossing your old socks into the laundry. This will make you feel happier, smell better and be way more comfortable.

SHOES – If you have sweaty feet, it is important that you choose footwear for summer that is open and allows free ventilation, so that your feet can breathe. This includes sandals, slippers, flip-flops, and floaters. All of these allow sweat to evaporate so that your feet remain dry, thus curbing bacterial growth on your feet.

If you prefer closed shoes, opt for canvas and leather shoes because they allow some air to pass through. For those with a high number of sweat pores on their feet, synthetic hard rubber footwear is an absolute no-no. If you use sneakers or canvas shoes, make sure you wash them at least once a week and let the air naturally dry them. This will keep your shoes clean and also inhibit microbial growth inside them.

If moisture is trapped inside your shoes, try dusting some baking soda or cornstarch powder inside them. This will absorb the moisture and prevent microbes from growing.

DE-STRESS – Stress is an important factor in the genesis of heavy perspiration. Anxiety disorders can lead to excessive sweating and a resulting offensive odor both from the body and feet. You need to practice a stress-free lifestyle.

Learn to use simple positive meditation, yoga or breathing techniques to defuse stress when you are in a tense situation. Releasing stress has immense benefits, not only in relaxing the tension in your mind and body but greatly improving your overall health as well.
