STRANGE HEALTH TIPS THAT WORK
Ease your headaches with lime
If you suffer from frequent headaches or migraines try stocking up on limes, which many have found to be a good natural cure. The scent of lime is thought to be good for headaches, while the coolness of the fruit can also help to ease the pain.
To help ease a headache naturally, cut a lime in half and rub the cut end across your forehead, or the part of your head which aches.

Boost your brain power with chewing gum

If you don’t have time for your morning coffee or have a busy morning and need to focus, try having a piece of chewing gum instead to feel more alert.

Researchers at Coventry University have found that chewing mint-flavored gum can dramatically decrease feelings of tiredness, while separate research studies have suggested that chewing gum can improve test scores and improve memory by 35 per cent.

Cure hay fever with honey

Hay fever is a persistent problem for many. However, if you want to beat hay fever without relying on anti-histamines, honey may be a great natural remedy. Honey is believed to cure hay fever as the bee pollen contained in it can desensitize your body to the pollen which causes hay fever.
While it has not yet been proven by scientific research, many have found that taking a spoonful of local honey a day is an effective cure for their allergies.

Improve your immune system with dirt

Many of us avoid dirt and bacteria out of a fear of getting ill. However, while it is generally important to maintain good hygiene standards, a little bit of dirt could be better for you than you think.
Research suggests that exposure to friendly bacteria found in soil can actually help boost the immune system and alleviate depression, making gardening and countryside walks ideal activities for giving your health a boost.

Turn off your bedside lamp to feel happier

Many of us experience bad moods or feel inexplicably down from time to time. However, an unexpected solution to your bad mood could be to make sure your room is dark before you go to sleep.
Research has shown that night time light can suppress the production of melatonin; a mood-regulating hormone only produced during darkness. To give your mood a boost, try investing in heavy curtains and turn off all lights before bed, including your TV.

Prevent sore throats and headaches by being more honest

If you find yourself regularly suffering from headaches or sore throats it may be that you are telling too many little white lies! We all tell the odd fib from time to time, whether it is complimenting someone’s unflattering hairdo or claiming to be “on our way” before we have even left the house.
However, according to research, lying can be harmful to your health due to the stress it generates. A study by researchers at the University of Notre Dame found that when people reduced the amount of lies they told, they suffered from less anxiety, headaches and sore throats.

YOU’VE GOT TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO LOOK GREAT

IF YOU PLAN TO KEEP LONG HAIR, BE WARNED THAT IT HAS TO BE TRIMMED FREQUENTLY. While having a long hair might be your sentimental ode to rock-stardom, it’s more than just growing your hair and then letting it grow all over the place. Whenever it begins to feel messy- and it will feel messy more frequently than you’d like, trim it appropriately.

FIND A GOOD HAIR DRESSER, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, STICK WITH HIM - Hairs on your head are funny things-strands that rise from the scalp the careful rearrangement of which could alter not just your looks but also your persona as others perceive it. Now, which other part of the body can you say the same thing about? But, on a more pragmatic level-if you keep switching your hairdresser it can’t be good for the health of your hair.

The best thing is to try out a few hairdressers until you find one to your linking and then be a consistent patron for him. The person styling your hair knowing the geography of your head and your tastes regarding hairstyles is a double whammy you will be thankful for.

EXCESSIVE DRINKING RUINS YOU’RE SKIN - Okay, if you have a drinking problem the skin would probably be the last of your bodily organs that you should be worried about. However, it’s a fact that since alcohol has a lot of sugar in it, it damages your skin. Taking it easy on the spirits could thus save your skin, in more ways than one.

GET A TIMELY HAIRCUT - The frequency for getting a haircut usually prescribed by stylists is 2 to 3 weeks. However, if you have slow hair growth then 3-4 weeks time would be good enough.

DANDRUFF HAS ITS NEMESIS IN COLD SHOWER - Dandruff is something that gives the saying, ‘Size does matter’ a run for its money. These tiny flecks of white can cause a whole lot of trouble from consistent itching of the scalp to balding. Taking cold showers is an effective method to counter it.

MOISTURISING THE SKIN NEEDN’T BE JUST A GIRL THING - For some reason, moisturizing the skin is something that most men shy away from. Probably because it’s been perceived as something that only women are fixated on. Well, many women might be fixated on it but that’s still no reason for the men to stay away from it as moisturizing at frequent intervals gives a whole lot of benefits to the skin including negating skin dryness.

IF YOU’RE EYES ARE PUFFED FROM LACK OF SLEEP, CHILLED SPOONS ON EYES WOULD HELP A LOT - if ever you wake up sleep-deprived and with puffed up eyes. There’s an easy way to deflate your eyelids. Simply keep two spoons in the freezer for a while and put them on your eyes. There’s something about steel being ice-cold which takes all the puffiness out of your organs of sight.

GET THE RIGHT FRAGRANCE - “Smell like a man, man!” might be the tagline for Old Spice but that’s not the only brand out there on a mission to make you smell good. The olfactory pleasure of wearing a set of cologne, body wash and after-shave which complement each other is something that others will definitely appreciate you for.

Groom Style Ideas

TWEED SUITS have been making resurgence, with beautiful texture; pattern and a nod to the countryside many a stylish groom are opting for this fabric.

CASUAL if dressing up smart just isn’t you, then go for a more relaxed look. Shorts, open shirt, waistcoats or braces can all look fantastic. Or ditch the dress shoes for your favourite pair of converse, dessert boots or sandals.

MISMATCHED - Gone are the days of having to coordinate the boys, mismatching can look amazing. Think about having a different colour trouser and jacket combination, mix up the colour of your ties or let the guys choose their own outfits.

Frugal Wedding on a Budget

AVOID GUEST LIST BLOAT - Although you might be tempted to throw everyone you know on your guest list, that isn’t always a great idea. With each addition you make, you’re adding additional costs while also making your wedding less intimate. To save as much as you can, try inviting fewer people and making the event more intimate. Start by whittling your list down by 20%, then another 20%. Then see if you’re happy with it.

ASK FOR WEDDING HELP INSTEAD OF WEDDING GIFTS - Asking family and friends to offer help or services that align with their talents in lieu of a gift is a great way to keep your wedding on a budget.

HOLD THE CEREMONY AT HOME, OR OUTDOORS - Renting a building or function hall for your ceremony and reception can be very expensive. Instead, consider using your own home or the home of a parent for your ceremony or perhaps a public park with a beautiful view.

In each case, you can also have your reception outdoors, creating a picturesque, memorable ceremony while eliminating the cost of renting a venue. If you go the outdoor route, however, it’s best to have a back-up plan in case of bad weather; you don’t want to get married in a downpour that leaves all your friends and family soaked.

That might mean renting a sturdy tent if rain is forecast or a few industrial fans if it’s an extremely hot day — or simply stuffing everyone inside the house to wait out a storm.

DO THE CATERING YOURSELF OR HIRE A SELF EMPLOYED SOLE COOK - Self Employed Sole Cooks are always the first place to check – they will almost always go the extra mile to make your wedding special and are generally more understanding of your particular budget needs.

GO MINIMAL WITH THE FLOWERS - Instead of spending boatloads of money on flowers that will die shortly after the reception, keep it simple but elegant — for instance, a single rose for each bridesmaid and a very small bouquet for the bride.

If you know someone with a rose bush, you can actually make your own bouquets the day before the ceremony by cutting the roses yourself and trimming away the thorns. Another cheap wedding idea – go with fake flowers instead. It’s likely that no one will even notice, and you could save a bundle by making the arrangements yourself well ahead of time.

SKIP THE GROOMSMEN AND BRIDESMAID GIFTS - Instead of buying gifts they may not even want or enjoy, consider writing them a special note to say “thanks” instead. If your friends know that you’re trying to have a frugal wedding, they will understand.

MAKE YOUR OWN INVITATIONS - With a quality home printer and some time, you can make very classy invitations on your own. No pictures or anything – just a very classic font and simple text. It will look stylish and wouldn’t cost much.

BORROW STEREO EQUIPMENT OR USE YOURS FROM HOME - Rather than hiring a DJ, just use your own home stereo equipment, or equipment you borrow from a friend. Put speakers around the dance floor area – there’s no need to spread them around the reception room. Create a playlist on your iPod that features a few hours’ worth of your favorite songs – or see if you have a friend who might want to make a playlist for you. Choosing your own songs is a great way to personalize your entire experience.

STOCK THE BAR YOURSELF - Alcohol is a big expense when it comes to a lot of weddings, and it’s also a big variable you can play around with to cut costs. Instead of opting for a full open bar, for instance, you can save money offering just beer and wine or a free cocktail hour followed by a cash bar.

Look for a discount liquor store in your area, and stock up on the basics: red and white wine and a few types of beer at the very least. If you want to offer a full bar, pick up the standard liquors like vodka, gin, rum, and whiskey, plus a few mixers and soft drinks like sodas and juice.

DISPLAY ‘VENDOR CARDS’ IN EXCHANGE FOR REDUCED RATES - If you’re hiring people to provide services for your reception (musicians, a DJ, florists, caterers, photographers, etc.), offer to advertise for them in exchange for reduced rates. At the reception, put a small card by each person’s place setting that lists the businesses responsible for each service at the wedding, along with their contact information. Since this tends to be very effective advertising, many businesses will happily provide services at reduced rates in exchange for this opportunity.

CONTACT THE LOCAL UNIVERSITY - If you’d like live musical accompaniment for the ceremony (and perhaps for the reception), one place to look for lower-cost musicians is your local university’s music department. Contact them and ask if there are any students who are studying a particular instrument or vocal work and see if they’re available to provide music for a wedding. It can help them develop their resume and save you on this typically pricey part of your wedding.

This goes for photographers as well — if there’s an art school or photography program at your local college, see if there are any talented students or recent grads who would be willing to photograph your wedding at a discount for the portfolio-building experience and exposure they’d receive.

PRICE SHOP FOR DECORATIONS AND CONSIDER BUYING USED - If you know what you’re looking for ahead of time, you can simply wait until it goes on sale and “pounce” when the time is right. Meanwhile, you can also consider buying used centerpieces and decorations.

IF YOU’RE GETTING MARRIED IN YOUR OWN CHURCH, ASK THE LADIES’ AUXILIARY FOR HELP - Most churches have a women’s organization that is very happy to help with wedding preparation in exchange for a small donation. Get them involved – they can take a lot of worry off your shoulders for a relatively low price.

BUY DRESSES OFF THE RACK AND ON SALE - If you want to save on bridesmaid dresses, try to avoid ordering custom dresses altogether. Instead, head to a few stores with dresses on sale and see if you can all find something “off the rack.” This works best if your colors are chosen ahead of time and if the store you’re shopping at carries plenty of sizes. To minimize spats within your wedding party, you can also shop ahead of time and only have them try on dresses you already approve of. Another cheap wedding idea: Instead of buying new dresses, have every bridesmaid wear a particular color dress they already own.

RENT TUXEDOS AS A GROUP - Unless you have a specific reason for owning a tuxedo (and few people do), you should rent one. It’s often useful to rent the tuxedos as a group through the same business, as you’ll often get a group rate. If you don’t want to go the tuxedo route, you can also have all of your groomsmen wear a black suit from home or other matching formalwear.

PLAN A SIMPLE HONEYMOON, NOT AN OSTENTATIOUS ONE - Instead of planning a big, expensive trip, focus on what matters: Unwinding after those hectic weeks leading up to your wedding and savoring some time alone with your new spouse. An 18-hour flight across the world with multiple connections isn’t going to help in that regard. You could even just hop in the car and spend a week or two seeing all of the local sights you’ve never had time to see until now. Whatever you do, just enjoy this time together.

INVOLVE YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN THE PREPARATIONS - Good friends and family are always there to help, and they’ll be especially happy to contribute to such a joyful occasion — so you might as well take advantage of their generosity.

TRY NOT TO MENTION THE WORD “WEDDING”  AT FIRST WHEN HIRING A VENDOR - When shopping around, try and get straightforward quotes for the services you need — without mentioning the wedding part at first. You need a tasteful cake for 100 people. (It could be a corporate event or retirement party.) You need someone to photograph an outdoor event for about five hours. (What would they charge to take photos of a high school track meet?)

PLAN, PLAN, PLAN - When you’re trying to have a wedding on a budget, it’s important to plan ahead. List everything you can think of and walk through these items step by step. The earlier you get started – and the more things you think about early on – the less “last-minute stress” you’ll have and the more time you’ll have to find sales and discounts and research other good ideas.

DON’T STRESS - Something will probably go wrong at the last minute – a little detail of some sort won’t work out. Don’t worry about it. Just assume something little is going to go wrong and avoid the urge to throw money at the problem. Most likely, no one will even notice the little issue and quite often someone in your wedding party (or someone helping out) will come up with a pretty good solution to fix things.

Good luck and congratulations..!

Best Scenic Train Trips in North America

COAST STARLIGHT -SEATTLE TO LOS ANGELES - It can be argued that this is one of the most scenic train rides in all of North America and runs all the way along the west coast from Seattle to Los Angeles. It takes about 35 hours and covers over 1,300 miles and is one of the last remaining full-service sleeper trains. What exactly does that mean though? It means a dining car, an observation car with floor-to ceiling windows, a movie theater, and a slew of entertainment options, including complimentary wine tastings and free champagne. The train passes through the rugged Pacific Northwest, the mountains and forests of Northern California and the beautiful central coast. Along with all of this scenery, this train takes passengers through Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco and San Jose. Whether this is just a scenery trip for you, or a full blown railway experience, you will not be disappointed.

Rocky Mountaineer -Vancouver, BC to Calgary, AB - For 25 years the Rocky Mountaineer has been providing breathtaking train trips through British Columbia and Alberta. It would be hard to narrow down one particular route as being better than the rest as they each offer spectacular scenery, the same levels of exceptional service and first-class dining. There are different classes of passenger’s cars here but we do suggest splurging for the Gold Leaf package which offers riders 360-degree view of glacier and peaks from domed, double-decked carriages. These train only travel throughout the day and if you are on a multi-day trip, overnights are at hotels. Besides breathtaking mountain views, lakes, streams and waterfalls; riders will want to keep their eyes open for bald eagles and other wildlife that is in abundance. It has been called the ride of a lifetime and it will certainly pay to take this train ride at least once in your life.

Page 07  Sex   Friday 26 August 2016

WEDDING NIGHT SEX

DELAY THE HONEYMOON - Give yourself a day’s cushion. There’s nothing remotely sexy about waking up at 5:30 to catch an early flight. Leave the next day for sleeping in, thank you, relaxing, paperwork, opening gifts, and any last minute errands.

TELL HER SHE LOOKED BEAUTIFUL TODAY - Ahhhhwww. See? We’re not always jerks. Your new wife has spent literally hundreds of hours trying to look perfect on this big day. Let her know it worked. And if it didn’t, lie.

PLAY BEFORE THE FOREPLAY - Don’t feel any pressure to thunder into the bedroom and start rattling the bed posts. Take some time to catch up. You’ve just spent 16+ hours with hundreds of people; this might be your first chance to swap jokes and laugh at her mom’s hip-hop dancing. Take a time-out. And while you’re doing this, also follow the next rule:

SNACK - You probably haven’t eaten much. So your blood sugar could be low. And a shrinking blood sugar can lead to a shrinking...you know. So eat. In advance, arrange for someone to fix you the world’s most overpriced doggy-bag.

AVOID WHISKEY-DICK - There’s an old saying: “Liquor before beer, in the clear; beer before liquor, you finish quicker.” Alcohol is the ultimate turncoat: in the beginning it’s your libido’s best friend; at the end it’s your libido’s worst enemy.

TOY WITH HER - Feeling more daring? Break out some sexy toys and playthings. No, maybe it’s not the ideal time for hardcore. And maybe it’d be a little awkward, say, if you tried some “role playing” where you’re the jealous husband and she’s the cheating wife. So don’t get too crazy. But you can pull off massage oils, flavored lubes, bubble bath lotion and the like.

SAFETY FIRST - You’ve just spent over 9 months preparing for a wedding. Do you really want to spend the next 9 months preparing for a baby?

PENIS DISORDERS
Symptoms and When to See a Doctor
When something goes wrong with your penis, it can affect your sex life as well as your overall well-being. Some the most common conditions that affect the penis are:
·         PRIAPISM, a persistent, often painful erection that lasts for more than 4 hours.

·         PEYRONIE'S DISEASE, a condition in which a plaque, or hard lump, forms in the penis and causes it to bend or curve.

·         BALANITIS, an INFLAMMATION or infection of the head of the penis.

·         PHIMOSIS, a condition in which the foreskin of the penis is so tight that it cannot be pulled back off the head of the penis.

·         PARAPHIMOSIS, which happens when the foreskin, once retracted, gets stuck behind the head and cannot return to its natural location. It is a medical emergency that can cause serious complications if not treated.

·         PENILE CANCER, a rare type of CANCER that starts in the SKIN cells of the penis.

In many cases, there are treatments. Some conditions can even be prevented with good hygiene. Because some of these conditions are medical emergencies, it’s important to know the symptoms and what to do if they happen.

Check with your doctor if you have:
·         Pain, swelling, or tenderness in your penis
·         An abnormal discharge
·         Itchy rashblisters, sores, or small red bumps
·         Blood in your urine or semen
·         An erection that lasts for 4 hours or longer
·         A foreskin that is too tight to move

FASHION RULES for Grooms
Your sense of style may not be on the list of reasons you’re marrying her, but don't worry -- that’s where you and the rules come in.

Rule 1: YOUR SUIT OR TUX SHOULD FIT THE FORMALITY

At the most basic level, your attire should be appropriate for your venue and fit with the overall vibe of the wedding. If your wedding is in the daytime or outdoors, it can be a bit more casual (think: lighter-colored suits made of fabrics like seersucker or khaki).
If it's an evening affair in a ballroom or a swanky hotel, go with either a dark, well-tailored suit or for black-tie attire (a tux). Need to step it up one more notch? Suited for an extra-luxe venue, white-tie is the ultimate in formalwear. This means a black tailcoat, white shirt and white bow tie.

Rule 2: YOUR FULL SUIT SHOULD COORDINATE WITH HERS

Remember, your wedding is your first opportunity to show off your couple style, so make it a joint effort. While you may not actually want to try on the trouser in front of her and compare styles before the wedding, you'll want to be sure your styles work together.

Rule 3: YOUR BODY TYPE SHOULD DICTATE YOUR SUIT

The key to looking sharp is dressing for your body type. If you are tall and thin, lucky you: Most tuxedos and suits will look good on your frame. To add bulk, try a double-breasted suit, which will make you look broader.
To slim down, try a fitted suit with a little bit of a nip in the waist to give the impression of a leaner silhouette.
Skip lighter-colored suits since darker hues are slimming. If you are short, look for a two or three button jacket with a low button stance to elongate the body.

Rule 4: YOUR FIT SHOULD BE PERFECT

Even the most expensive tux on the rack will look and feel awful if it doesn't fit right. You should be able to move around easily, that means you should be able to do lots of twists, turns and arm raises to make sure there's plenty of mobility. Regardless of whether you’re renting or buying, most shops will custom tailor the purchase. Here are a few basic tailoring rules:
  • The jacket sleeve hem should fall at the wrist bone with about one-fourth to one half inch of the shirt cuff showing below.
  • The bottom hem of the jacket should cover the butt and the vent shouldn't pull open. If it does, that means it's too tight.
  • The collar should lie flat on the back and sides of the neck without any gaps or bulges.
  • Pants should fit comfortably when standing and sitting and break across the top of the shoes so that they cover the top one-third.
  • A bow tie should fit snugly around the collar.

Rule 5: YOUR LOOK SHOULD MATCH YOUR BRIDAL PARTY

Traditionally, the groomsmen wear attire that's the same as or similar to that of the groom -- but it's up to you and your gal. Even if you aren't planning for all the men in your bridal party to show up in the same suit or tux, it's important that their outfits match in style and feel.
Matching doesn't just end with the guys either; you'll want your whole party to have a cohesive style. To achieve this, aim to pair you and your groomsmen style to that of the bridesmaids -- for instance, if the bridesmaids are rocking a vintage vibe, the guys can don retro three-piece suits.

Rule 6: YOUR ACCESSORIES SHOULD SET HER APART

Now that everyone is matching and coordinated, it's time to pick your extras so you could stand out from the crowd. To achieve a totally unique look, wear a special boutonniere or a bow tie, vest, tie, cummerbund or cuff links in a different color or style. If your wedding palette has two colors, you can wear one of the shades while the rest of the guys wear the other.
For a luxe affair, have the groomsmen each wear a tux with a black bow tie and black vest, while you don the fancy version with a white tie and white vest.

CHEAP BUDGET WEDDING VENUE IDEAS
for Ceremony and Reception

Even the average cost of a wedding could be forbidding these days. But if you’re planning your big day, don’t let this scenario scare you! There are plenty of creative ideas for a wedding on a budget without sacrificing what matters most to you.

One of the best ways to save is with your wedding venue. A wedding venue could be many things, but for most weddings, it means a place for the ceremony and a place for the reception. Planning the wedding venue is really the first step in planning a wedding – everything else hinges on the location.
So start off your wedding planning right by making the most cost-effective decision. Here are a few ways to do just that.

Don’t Get Married on a Saturday
You are probably not surprised that Saturday is the most common day to get married. It’s convenient, it’s traditional and it’s what most people are used to. And because it’s the most common day, it’s also the most expensive.

Many venues will charge up to 50% less if you book their location for a Sunday or Friday. Why? Because they typically don’t get weddings for those days, it’s like extra income for them and everybody wins.

Focus on Priorities
What is the main thing that you want out of your wedding venues? Is it a really great view, with less emphasis placed on the food? or do you want a 5-star sprawl of gourmet delights, without regard to whether or not the location is in the center of a bustling city?

Figure out what’s most important to you and splurge a little on that one thing (e.g. a well-known chef or a picturesque setting) and save on your budget with the stuff that doesn’t matter as much.

Consider Non-Traditional Venues
Get creative. Consider a bed and breakfast, a public park or an art gallery for your reception. Places that don’t typically host weddings may not have the same exorbitant prices as those that are well-known for being wedding venues.

Go Small Town Instead of Big City
Prices are usually high in big cities so go outside the city limits to get better deals.

Choose One Venue Instead of Two
Many locations have the ability to be both a ceremony and reception venue, which means you don’t have to pay two separate location fees. For example, many churches have a hall that is available for such occasions. Guests love when they do not have to drive from the ceremony to get to the reception!

Have a Morning Wedding
Although it may be tricky for a bride to get herself ready bright and early, having a morning wedding can save a lot of money. Serving brunch or lunch at the reception is much cheaper than serving a dinner. Plus, you will have more time to spend with your new spouse on your actual wedding day.

Use Your Negotiation Skills
Try to get offers from many different locations and use that information to your advantage. Also, make sure you don’t mention that you want the venue for a wedding until after you get quoted a price for the party. Some locations will jack up the price when they hear the word “wedding.”

Ask to Pay in Full for a Discount
Typically, you are required to provide a down payment when you book a venue for a wedding and then pay the rest later. Ask if you can get a discount if you pay in full when you book (but make sure you get a contract with a reimbursement plan to protect yourself in the event that something goes wrong).

Get Married Off-Season
Although it may be more convenient for families with children to attend the wedding during the wedding season when the weather is nice and sunny, consider an off-season month, such as November or January, to cut your costs. This will also save you money when you book your honeymoon.

Have a Small Reception and a Party Later
If you keep your wedding and reception to about 50 people or less, you can save a lot of money. Invite close friends and family and then when you get back from your honeymoon, throw a casual (and inexpensive) party to celebrate with the rest of your friends.

Get Married in Your Backyard
There are definite pros and cons to this option. If you’re up for something casual for your reception, like a backyard BBQ, this is a great option. If you want a more formal affair, you will probably end up spending more money, because you have to rent everything ( tables, flatware, servers to list a few). Do some research to see if this is a money-saving option for you?

Shorten the Reception
Some venues will charge you by the hour. To shave off some cost, consider shortening the reception by one hour. Many guests won’t even notice since they leave receptions early. This will also save you money in other areas as with the photographer, videographer, DJ or band.

Don’t Over-rent Space
Make sure that the space you rent is appropriate for the number of guests that you will have. Do not even look at venues that accommodate 300 guests when you will only expect 100.

Find Somewhere New
Use a newly-opened venue. New venues might offer lower prices as they are attempting to build up a good reputation and gain some new business.

Bring Your Own Liquor
If you’re serving alcohol at your wedding, choose a place that allows you to bring in your own liquor, wine and beer. This is where most venues really jack up the prices to make money off of receptions. You can save considerably by bringing your own spirits for the occasion.

Final Word
When planning a wedding, start early and remember to watch out for unexpected wedding costs. Also take time to prepare for your marriage in addition to your wedding because that is what your wedding is all about. Consider using the money you save on your wedding to go towards a romantic wedding anniversary later in your marriage.

ARRIVE IN STYLE

with these Sporty Wedding Cars to Suit Your Budget

When you think of a sports car, the word budget isn’t really the first thing that comes to mind, but you can get some fab deals if you shop around. Consider hiring a self-driven car without the
chauffeur to cut down the costs. Have a look at hiring a Nissan GTR a day or a Ford Mustang.

While they may not be the show pieces that some other sports cars are, they still have that wow factor. Also, if you have any friends that own a sports car, ask them if you could borrow it and look at getting insurance for the day or perhaps they could be your personal chauffeur!
If you have a bit of extra cash to splash on sports car hire, there is a whole range of cars that you’d feel like driving around on your big day like a
Lamborghini Gallardo Spider

or even feel like James Bond in an Aston Martin DBS.

BE THE FIRST!
“these are a few serious hidden honeymoon gems”

Sapa in VIETNAM

Terraced fields and the forest-like Hoang Lien Son Mountains surround this ethnically diverse town, putting you in the middle of the culture sans the city bustle.
WHAT TO DO: Ask your hotel to arrange for a Jeep to take you from Sapa to the Bac Ha Market on a Sunday morning, when trade is at its peak. It's about a three-hour drive to get there, but the trek is well worth it if you want to mingle with members of local tribes. Also have a car to take you to Hoang Lien National Park, where a guide can take you to "Heaven's Gate" or the Silver Waterfall.
GOOD TO KNOW: The market is all about bargaining; you should be able to haggle your way down to about half of the original price.

Carate in COSTA RICA

Carate is situated near Corcovado National Park and is just a short boat ride to Caño Island, making it easy to explore the rain forests and get your scuba on.
WHAT TO DO: Start your mornings with yoga or a hike to nearby waterfalls and wading pools. Sign up for a scuba adventure with Caño Divers (you can get certified there, but its better if you can do it beforehand to save time at CanoDiversCostaRica.com).
GOOD TO KNOW: If you rent a car, make sure it has a GPS. Costa Rica is known for having dodgy street signs, making it easy to get lost.

Queenstown in NEW ZEALAND

This destination is an action junkie's dream, with miles of untouched wilderness waiting to be explored.
WHAT TO DO: Strengthen your bond -- and scream your heads off -- by bungee-jumping together 43 meters off the Kawarau Bridge (Bungy.co.nz). After your adrenaline rush, take in the scenery on a guided day hike on the Routeburn Track through Ultimate Hikes, a company specializing in natural tours (UltimateHikes.co.nz).
GOOD TO KNOW:  Go between November and April. Avoid the two weeks post-Christmas when families (meaning kids) vacation there.

THINGS WOMEN REALLY WANT
from Wedding Night Sex

Now, let’s be honest here:  the majority of married couples don’t actually get around to having sex on their wedding night. After all the craziness that is surviving your wedding day intact, you’re usually drunk, exhausted or both by the time you get back to your room.

Hi, Grooms here’s a handy little guide to what your wife-to-be will really want to get out of the evening’s activities and ladies, here’s your first official “honey do” list.

A GOOD LAUGH
Undressing is sexy; slipping out of a 20-pound gown is not. It will be funny, and you should laugh long and hard about it. The same goes for all the other “bloopers” you’re bound to experience that night.

NAUGHTY VOWS
You’ve already vowed to cherish and protect each other at all costs. Now it’s time to make the juicier promises you fully intend to keep. You get where I’m going with this, right? Let’s keep this post safe for work and let you fill in the blanks.

BACKGROUND MUSIC
This is the part where the movies got it right. Nothing sets the mood quite like a naughty playlist. [Insert her favorite slow jams here.]

COMPLIMENTS
Every woman wants to be told they’re the most beautiful bride in the world on the big day. If your betrothed says she doesn’t want the same shameless flattery between the sheets on the big night, she’s lying. Case closed.

LIQUID CONFIDENCE
Nerves and weddings go hand in hand – even when you’ve known each other forever. Bring your bubbly of choice to the bedroom and pour as you play.

SOMETHING FOR ALL HER SENSES
You’ve got the touching covered, but what about her other senses? Be sure the room is scented, styled and soundproofed to perfection. And, don’t forget the sweets.

AN ORGASM
Memo to all men: Your wedding night is not the time to go all selfish on your fiancée – save that for marriage.

FOREPLAY
Slow things down – what’s the rush? The rest of the day will already feel like a blur by the time you enter your suite, so the after party is your chance to take your time and make more lasting memories.

ROMANCE (OBVIOUSLY!)
If you’re wife-to-be actually walked across the threshold, there are no lit candles in sight and no flowers to be found, men, you have already failed her – try not to make it a habit when you get home.

COMFORT
There is absolutely nothing against bathroom sex, floor sex or even patio sex – they’re a real rush!– but no woman wants to wake up the morning after her wedding with weird bruises in unwanted places and zero recollection of how they got there. That’s the complete opposite of romantic.

TRUE PASSION
Skip the clichés and tell her what it really feels like to be laying next to the woman of your dreams on the most magical night of your life
