Stay Healthy Tips for Grooms
Ensure that you drink at least 10 glasses of water each day. Water is a great diuretic as it cleanses your skin and makes it glow with health and shine. It also melts the body fat by flushing out the fat deposits called cellulite, improves digestive system.

The bridegroom should take care of his diet and focus on eating fruits, juices and vegetables in your daily diet. Oranges and tomatoes are good for the skin so the bridegroom should drink juice of orange/tomato as it provides the daily dose of Vitamin C which is essential for healthy and glowing skin.

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Apply oil on hair every alternate day to add sheen to hair texture. Honey and cinnamon is good for treating the problem of rough skin. Apply a paste of these ingredients and leave it on the skin for 20 minutes to dry before washing it off with water. It will tone up the skin making it glow.

A mixture of Haldi and red sandalwood powder is helpful in removing marks and scars left by acne and pimples on the skin. Apply the paste on face and keep it on for 30 minutes before washing it off with water.

Find time for regular exercise as jogging, skipping, aerobics or walking. It will make you fit and also improve your metabolism. Don’t feel camera shy but learn to pose and smile confidently for your pictures. Don’t indulge in oily and sugary foods as they are high in calories and low in nutrition. Cut down on your intake of alcohol, caffeine and quit smoking. Focus on eating healthy food.

GET A SHARPER IMAGE

Whiten Your Smile

Do you smoke? Drink coffee, tea, or dark colas? Your teeth may not be their brightest, but there are ways to get some of your sparkle back.
Start with whitening toothpaste. Most have a mild abrasive that scrubs off surface stains. Products with hydrogen peroxide lighten teeth more.
Be careful: The process can make your teeth react more to heat and cold. It can also make your gums hurt. It depends on how strong the bleach is and how long it stays on your teeth.
Get your dentist’s go-ahead before you start to whiten your teeth if you have bonding, fillings, or crowns. They don't brighten the way your teeth do.

Go Bald

Skin is in and bald has never been sexier. If your hair is on its way out, why not shave your head?
To get the look, trim your hair to stubble length, apply shaving gel or cream and use a razor or electric shaver.
Shaving with the hairs is the safest way to do it. Start from the crown down in the back and then do the sides.
Make one pass in the opposite direction for a close shave. Afterward, use a moisturizer to seal and soothe your skin. Pick an oil-free product. It won’t block your pores. That can cause ingrown hairs and pimples.

Groom's Shoe Rules

Your shoes should be darker than your pants and should be the most expensive part of your wardrobe. Your socks should be a nice bridge between your shoes and your pants.

The darker your suit, the darker your shoes. Match your socks to your shoes. Always spend money on shoes rather than shirts or pants.

Always choose fit over style. Make sure you have one great pair of boots. Your shoes should match your belt.

Replace your workout shoes at least every six months. Don't wear sandals if you have gross feet. Buy a nice pair of brown oxfords, they go with almost anything.

Four General Rules to Follow:

Rule 1: The more personalized, the better and cheaper
The wedding industry is a terror when it comes to excess and jacked-up prices designed to squeeze as much money possible from future brides and groom. Therefore Think of your interests, and what makes you unique as a couple, and incorporate as much of it as you can into the ceremony. It will be charming, and it will make things cheaper.

Rule 2: Your wedding is basically a spending spree
What does any party host do? Take care of their guests. As a man, this day is not about you. It's about her and your guests. This may be the only chance you'll ever have in your life of bringing together so many different people under one roof from different parts of your lives. Many of them will have made huge efforts and gone to considerable personal expense to be there. That's going to make it special enough that you don't need all the bells and whistles; your guests are the bells and whistles, and you have to make sure they have a good time.

So what does that mean? It means that you need to take care of your guests and make sure they're happy, like they were at a regular party. Which means: Keep them well-fed; Keep them well-drunk; Keep them well-entertained and if you have done these well, it really doesn't matter how you do it. Remember, a party with enough (good) cheap food is better than a party with not enough expensive food.

Rule 3: Prioritize
Sit down and make a list and determine what is important to you. List the following below in order of importance and then shape your budget to get it all fixed.

Expensive Food; Open Bar; Flowers; Dress; Photographers; Venue; Location; DJ; Rings; Entertainment.

Rule 4: It's not going to be perfect
Think of weddings you've been to in the past. Have you noted that not one has been perfect? You'll have waited a little bit too long at some point. Maybe the venue was a bit out of the way, the chicken slightly under-cooked, the wine a little mediocre.

Does anybody really care? Does it ever really spoil the day? The answer is no, it doesn't, so stop stressing if everything isn't exactly flawless.

A Groom's Packing List for a Honeymoon Abroad
Packing light for your honeymoon odyssey is key.  Your luggage may consist of a rolling suitcase; Jacket – a water-proof windbreaker is best.  Hat or cap. Underwear – three pairs, including the pair you will wear.  Choose quick-drying undies and be prepared to rinse a pair each night in your hotel sink.

Socks – three pairs, including the pair you will wear.  Don’t go cheap on your socks – go to your favorite sporting goods store and invest in thick-soled athletic or hiking socks.  Avoid socks with mostly cotton; if they get wet you’ll get cold, and they take forever to dry.

Shoes – two pairs, including the pair you will wear like pair of black shoes that can be dressed-up, and a pair of brown utility shoes.  T-Shirts – three, including the one you will wear.  Pack a white t-shirt, a t-black shirt and an athletic grey t-shirt – each with a chest pocket in which you can store some larger bills or your passport under your top shirt.  These colors coordinate with just about anything.

Pants – four pairs, including the pair you will wear.  One pair of brown jeans, two pair of Nomad pants and one pair of convertible pants.  The Nomads are so light and compactable; they could that serve double-duty as a bathing suit. Choose colors that complement your shirts and can mix-and-match.

Belt – one.  Get one that is double-sided, brown/black.  Or, a quality fabric belt in neutral colors that coordinates with all of your pants and shoes. Shampoo – your favorite brand in a travel-sized container; Razors – disposal safety razors; Shaving Cream ; Toothbrush; Toothpaste; Comb/Brush; .Hand Sanitizer

Passport – you’re not going anywhere without it.  Keep a separate copy of your passport in your luggage, and leave a copy of your passport at home to make it easier if you need to replace your passport while abroad.

Tickets / Reservation Confirmations for your flights, your trains, your hotels and for any excursions you have pre-booked.  Email yourself a copy of all of your tickets and confirmations, and also bring good-old paper copies.  Consider preparing a master itinerary for yourself, which includes all of your reservation information in a handy summary.  Kayak.com offers a free service that allows you to email reservations to them (whether booked on Kayak or not) and Kayak will magically assemble an itinerary for you that you can save, email and print out.

Credit / Debit Cards Bring only the cards you plan to use, but consider carefully the consequences if one won’t work overseas – this is particularly true for ATM cards.  Make sure you have a 4-digit pin to ensure the best chance of compatibility with European ATMs.

Keep in mind that European ATM cards have a smart chip embedded in them, and most retailers will not allow you to make a debit transaction with your ATM card if it does not have a chip.  Retailers will take U.S. credit cards without a chip.

You typically get the best exchange rate by withdrawing cash from an ATM with your ATM card. Leave a copy of the front and back of your credit and ATM cards with a trusted relative or friend in case you lose your cards while abroad – this will make getting replacements easier.

Health Insurance Card and Prescription Medicine – bring enough for your trip, and a copy of your prescriptions.

Honeymoon Tips for First Timers

In a society where arranged marriages are common, it is quite possible that you have not been physically intimate with your partner before your wedding night. So thinking about all the expectations your honeymoon holds can be nerve racking. Here are some handy tips when you go on that all essential trip.

Get to know each other
If you have not spent time together, then this is the perfect time to get to know each other. Have open conversations, watch a movie and go out for dinner. Remember the better you get to know each other, the better the sex will be. So allow things to happen naturally and don’t focus on sex alone.

Don’t jump to having sex
Just because it is your honeymoon, it does not mean you should jump into bed as soon as you reach your destination. Sex is an important part of every relationship, but it doesn’t have to be the only thing you do. Plus, your partner might not be ready for it and would like to get to know you first. So relax, talk and ease into the love making.

Keep your plans flexible
A common mistake most honeymooners make is to plan their trip with plans to do a lot of sightseeing. This usually involves tight timelines that allow you no flexibility. While you might like to plan every detail of your trip, know that there will be days when the two of you will want to simply relax and spend some time alone together. So avoid planning a trip with a planned schedule. Instead explore the region with your partner in tow and watch the romance grow.

Small gestures can help build a bond
Small gestures like a hug, a peck on her cheek or even simply holding her hand every now and then can help build that bond between the two of you. Remember showing her you care can go a long way in helping her want to have sex with you. So, show affection in your own way.

Talk
Your honeymoon is probably the first time you both will get to be alone with no family to interfere. So make it a point to communicate openly. This is also the time you will experience living with another person in your space. Use this time to adjust and tell your partner if something bugs you; don’t bottle it up.

Before sex, have a lot of foreplay
With the nervousness of being with someone for the first time, this may also be the first time you or your partner may be having sex. So make sure you have a lot of foreplay as it will help increase lubrication as stress can affect the natural atmosphere of the vagina. Here

Kiss, caress and fondle each other. To move on to penetrative sex, try stimulating your lady’s clitoris and vagina so as to increase lubrication. Most importantly make sure you and your partner are on the same page when it comes to moving to the next level in your relationship.

Use protection and lubricant
Being prepared is also another essential part of having great sex during your honeymoon. Stock up on condoms and lubricant so that you can avoid any untoward outcomes of your nightly romps. To spice things up a bit try different type and flavors of condoms and lubricant.

Test the waters
If you have been sexually active or have certain fantasies, this may seem like the best time to try them out. But be a little cautious while you tread those waters. While, we aren’t telling you to not be yourself while with your partner, know that she may not like or even understand what you want. So talk about it and explain what it might feel like. Only if she is ready should you go ahead.

WEDDING NIGHT SEX

TIPS FOR

FIRST TIMERS

Get In the Erogenous Zone
Never underestimate the power of a few well-placed kisses in the nape of her neck and gently nibbling on her ear lobe that may well get tingles all the way down to her clitoris. After a few minutes she’ll be literally begging you to just put it in.

Talk Dirty
You don’t have to save all the naughty stuff for the bedroom. If you’re out at a fancy dinner, tell your beloved how badly you want her across the table. If you’re at a restaurant where only the two of you at the moment, put your hand on her ass and tell her the things you’ll do to her when you get home. Telling women how desirable they are will give them the confidence to act out all your dirty fantasies later.

Be A Boob Man
It could drive her insane when you take the time to pay attention to her boobs, not just grab but kissing and licking until her nipples are hard and then giving them little bites. By that time she’ll be so wet that just a little fingering will make her reach orgasm.

Touch Yourself
It may sound strange, but letting her watch you getting yourself off could be a terrific turn on. She’ll start by laying down naked next you, her body against yours and play with your member until it gets hard.
Then she’ll get you to put your hand down there and just rub her body against you and watch. It’ll make her absolutely hot as she thinks it’s some kind of taboo.

Let Her Take Charge
Let her take charge and do the missionary thing for she’ll feel as if she’s on the brink of coming and it could make her go totally wild. She’ll even push you back so she can get on top, place her arms on yours to hold them down, and just ride you hard until she cum—and keeping eye contact the whole time makes it extra intense.
Get Wet
“Everyone talks about shower sex, but on nights when it’s cold out or on a lazy Sunday draw a bath and get in together. Since you’re both in the water you don’t have to worry about the water flying in your face or one of you getting cold. Adding bubbles is a nice touch, too. Since some of your body is hidden, it helps with loosening inhibitions.
Women Like Porn, Too
It doesn’t happen often, but every now and then when feeling especially frisky  put some porn on. This is sure to turn her on  and going down on each other while the other sits on the couch and the finish by going at it doggy style.
